Dear planning committee members and volunteers who were assigned various tasks concerning the June 20, 2015 dinner dance fundraiser. The meeting of Friday 5th, 2015 at the club 205, Holidays Inn, Wolf roads, will be crucial and requires full attendance. All the assigned tasks will be reported. Any project that may still require further follow ups will be discarded or plan “B” adopted. Everybody will be expected to report the final version of their tasks. Punctuality is kindly and respectfully requested. Ticket sale money will be collected as we have been doing in the past meetings., We will continue with the table allocation and seating arrangement. Those who have not booked and wish to pay at the door will still be accommodated. They will directed to the unassigned tables available. The final program will be reviewed to enable the program booklet designers to proceed on with the printing work.
We request all members who have solicited sponsorship for the event to bring the money and artwork ready to be included in the program. As we are closing the planning sessions, we need to discuss only what we have confirmed from the follow ups and search made. Members are invited to attend this meeting as observers. We will be opened to any acceptable suggestions. The meeting will require specific response and reporting of tangible action done. Please complete all the follow ups and conclude the all pending tasks.
